Acceptance

By using this website or engaging Online Reason for an application audit of invoice matching applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit an inquiry that forms a contract.

Services described

Pages describing audits, fees, and methods are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or engagement letter stating scope, fee, and schedule.

Intellectual property

Website text, visual design, and downloadable materials provided by Online Reason remain our property unless a proposal assigns specific deliverables to you. Findings packs produced under an engagement are licensed for your internal business use; redistribution to unrelated third parties requires our prior written consent, except for sharing with your auditors or advisors under confidentiality.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful access to configuration and samples, and timely feedback on draft findings. You remain responsible for decisions implemented in your systems after our recommendations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Online Reason is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep descriptions current but may update services, fees, and schedules without prior notice on the website. Engagement letters control over marketing copy.
