What shapes the estimate
- Number of entities or company codes using the matching application
- Whether two-way, three-way, and evaluated receipt settlement coexist
- Availability of configuration exports and invoice samples
- On-site versus remote workshop mix
- Korean and English reporting requirements
Deposits and billing
A 40% deposit confirms the audit window. The balance is due on delivery of the final findings pack (or on the last walkthrough session). Travel within Seoul is included; travel beyond the capital region is itemized in advance.
Not included
Software licenses, ERP partner change requests, and ongoing queue clearing by our team are outside standard audit fees unless separately agreed.
